What is the advantage of using Bullpen over other trading applications or telegram bots?

• Bullpen allows you to see what traders are picking the hottest tokens, and then follow them
• Security measures and optional anti-mev protection saves you from being sandwiched and exploited
• Filter protection on search saves you from buying a malicious contract

Can I export my private keys?

• The ability to export your private keys is in development. In the interim, you can withdraw your funds at any time.

Can I import my own wallet?

• Currently, Bullpen only supports the embedded Telegram wallet we create on your behalf with your device's passkeys. This wallet will be securely created on your behalf, with no need to remember a seed phrase: It's all secured biometrically with your Passkeys

Why do I have to sign and submit all transactions in the trading bot?

• A common complaint with trading bots is accidental buys/sells. We think the additional confirmation is a good balance between speed and good UX. In the future, we will enable buys/sells without this confirmation as an opt-in feature

What is Turnkey and how does it work?

• Bullpen utilizes non-custodial Turnkey wallets created with passkeys to create an embedded wallet within the telegram bot. This is the safest, most secure way to create a wallet within telegram

My transaction timed out. What happened?

• Transaction timeouts can occur when there is heavy network load or instability. This is simply the nature of the current Solana network.
