Onboarding Guide

This guide will help you get started with Bullpen's trading bot

Prerequisites

  • Have a Telegram account
    • Telegram is a free messaging app available on all major platforms (iOS, Android, Desktop, and web) boasting 1.5B Monthly Active Users. Bullpen is built on Telegram
  • Have Solana (SOL) available to trade
    • The easiest way to acquire Solana is to purchase it on Bullpen. See our guide here: Getting Solana
    • Alternatively, you can purchase Solana on centralized exchanges like Coinbase, Kucoin, and Binance. You would then withdraw SOL from your exchange balance and deposit it into your Bullpen Wallet

Create an account in 3 simple steps

  1. Open @BullpenFiBot (on any Telegram client)

    1. While Bullpen is optimized for mobile use, it works pretty well on Telegram's desktop client
  2. Enter the onboarding flow and read the terms of service

  1. Enable Passkeys to secure your account

    1. Bullpen is a non-custodial trading interface secured by your device’s passkeys. This means that YOU are in control of your keys, and you are in control of your crypto.

ii. Note, you'll be redirected outside of Telegram to a Bullpen's Wallet Management Dashboard to set up a recovery email and create your first passkey. This is a one time setup and you can manage your passkeys anytime through the bot. This super secure workflow is required to use passkeys and keep your crypto safe. Bullpen is the safest, most secure telegram bot. You can read our blog posts and Bullpen Briefs for more details on this emergent standard.

  2. Welcome to Bullpen

    1. You will have a Solana address tied to your Bullpen account. Send some Solana to your address to fund your account.
    2. Now you can make your first trade. It’s that easy!
